From Réunion des Musées Nationaux, photo Rene Ojéda.

This drawing shows details of the headdress portion of a French hood as worn by Renée de Rieux, as well as the partlet, ruff, and draped necklace of fashionable dress. Her ribbed partlet is plain, but becoming. She wears numerous pearls to emphasize her dress and headdress and display her status.
