This is a good propaganda image of the Bonaparte dynasty's continuation with the Emperor, Empress, two Ladies-in-Waiting, and the infant Prince Imperial in Eugénie's lap. The Lady wearing the hurluberlu coiffure is probably the Marquise de las Marismas - the hurluberlu coiffure was her trademark.
