Her genealogical sketch was astounding. Her mother was Catherine the Great and her father was Gregori Orlov. She had a brother and a sister, Elizaveta Aleksandrovna. She also had a half brother, Tsar Paul, and two half sisters. Another article asserts she had one full sibling, Alexeï Grigorievich Bobrinsky, but specifies they had the same parents.
