1841 Elena Pavlowna by Christina Robertson (location unknown to gogm)

The frame intruded on the upper edge and the upper parts of the left and right edges, there were vertical torn substrate flaws, the bottom had a seam where a frame had creased the substrate all along the bottom, and there were some large spots that were fixed with Photoshop.

Russians wore long engageantes, possibly retaining the adornment found in the dual sleeves of the 1820s and 1830s. Elena's side curl coiffure is in keeping with style in Western Europe.
