1791 Tomasa de Aliaga veuve Manuel Pablo Salcedo, Aunt of Infanta Maria Amalia by Antonio Carnicero Mancio (Museo Nacional del Prado - Madrid, Spain)

I cannot find anything about her than the note on the Prado’s Web page for this image.

From the museum’s Web site; filled in shadows and increased exposure.

Pre-revolutionary dress fades slowly away from Revolutionary France. Older people also don’t keep up with the latest styles as widow Salcedo shows. Her high straight coiffure is crowned by a dark cap, possibly of sheer fabric.
