This woman wears a striking ribbed partlet. Her sleeve puffs are covered in four rows of ruched satin above slashed sleeves. The dress is made of gorgeous damask. I cannot resolve what the darker portion of the puffed part of her right sleeve is. Darker material? A sheer over-sleeve?
