Livia Barbiano, wife of Giberto IV Sanvitale Count of Sala by school of Paolo Veronese (auctioned by Christie's)

The Italian-language Wikipedia article for her husband has the only genealogical information that I can definitely link to the title of this portrait. She had two children.

Livia appears to be wearing a complete brocade under-dress under a coat-like over-dress with slashed bodice. The outer slash marks appear to begin at the shoulders, and end in the shoulder rolls. Her pendant chain may end on her bodice.
