1592 Mary Rogers, Lady Harington by Marcus Gheeraerts the Younger (Tate Collection - London UK)

From the Tate Web site; the image was made lighter and the contrast increased in an effort to bring out detail that shows more of her coiffure.

Mary Roger's dress has a white under-bodice visible through the sleeves and stomacher section through an over-dress trellis-work of black material matching most of her bodice and her skirt. Her ruff is held together with a clasp.
