ca. 1620 Margaret Phesant and her mother by follower of Paul Van Somer (sold by Philip Mould)

I can find one genealogical reference and it shows she was the daughter of a member of the gentry, Stephen Phesant and Mary Bridges. So the older woman is probably Mary Phesant, née Bridges. Phesant can also be spelled Pheasant.

Margaret wears a miniature version of mom’s dress. The partlet of mom’s dress extends over the shoulders. Mom’s dress appears to have a cape in lieu of hanging sleeves.
