1601 Probably Mary, Lady Scudamore, née Shelton, by Marcus Gheeraerts the Younger (Yale University, Yale Center for British Art - New Haven, Connecticut, USA)

She could be James Scudamore’s first wife, Mary Shelton. His second wife was also named Mary. According to this Mary’s Wikipedia article, she married secretly angering Queen Elizabeth.
