1599 Lady Agnes Douglas by Adrian Vanson (National Galleries of Scotland, Edinburgh)

Lady Agnes Douglas shows grotesque puffed sleeves reached Scotland in this 1599 work by Vanson. Her Wikipedia article is here. She was Catholic and married Archibald Campbell, 7th Earl of Argyll.

Like Lady Reynell, she wears a halo around her coiffure. She uses her hair and wide banded ruff to display what appear to be two massive jewels. She is also showing off her decorated gloves. The point of her bodice is rounded as was often done in the early 1600s.
