Archduchess Gisela with her son at Bad Ischl

Imagine a VIP doing this today - the paparazzi would be swarming all over. I read the artist's name at the lower right corner as Halmi.

Gisela's classic leg-o-mutton sleeves date this to the middle 1890s. Women were becoming active at the time.
