1898 Jemima Blackwood (later Lady Laveson) by Lafayette Photographic Studio front and back quarter images

Jemima Blackwood's article in thepeerage is here. She was married to Edward Henry Stuart Bligh, 7th Earl of Darnley, who "died on 31 October 1900 at age 49, without male issue." She then married Admiral Sir Arthur Cavenagh Leveson. She had a daughter from her first marriage, a son by her second marriage.

Lady Jemima is all dressed up with somewhere to go. The Victoria & Albert Museum's notes for these photos include, "(Gown of) ivory satin; corsage and petticoat veiled with white embroidered mousseline de soie, with lace and bouquets of snowdrops; train of ivory duchesse, with a border of snowdrops' (see: The Gentlewoman, 19 March 1898, pp 366c & 368a)."
