Fashion was becoming homogenized in the 1700s and also in the earlier 1800s. This presumably occurred due to mass print media and rapid mail service. Steam ships made the movement of people, dresses, and mail relatively quick. Colonial backwaters like New York and Buenos Aires could keep up with Paris and London. Upper class fashion homogenized. Therefore, there are no separate albums for Iberian or Russian styles.
The obvious 90s fashion was leg-o-mutton sleeves. Sleves were up-turned in the late 80s, but the idea was carried to full extreme in the 90s and persisted almost to 1900.
