1766 (after) Countess Anna Petrovna Sheremeteva (1744-1768) by ? in theatrical dress (State Hermitage Museum - St. Petersburg Russia)

She apparently lived from 1744 to 1768, so this portrait dates from 1767 or 1768.

From en.gallerix.ru/album/Hermitage-5/pic/glrx-553515625.

This is extravagant theatrical dress. Anna's headdress resembles the mitre caps worn by enlisted soldiers of the era, the cap erupts in a profusion of feathers, her bodice is covered with scales except for the center band adorned with diamond bows and buttons en échelle, her skirt is a chaotic arrangement of swagged panels, and her sword and scabbard are fastened with a diamond strap.
