Baroness Meller Zakomalskoy by ? (State Hermitage Museum - St. Petersburg Russia)

From en.gallerix.ru/album/Hermitage-5/pic/glrx-182315063; spots were removed from throughout the image and the background was blurred with Photoshop and the entire image was made lighter by gogm.

This portrait could date from anytime in the early Victorian era, but the back of the pardessus over-garment reaches far enough back to suggest the Baroness is wearing a cage crinoline. The bonnet suggests this portrait would be from early in the cage crinoline era. She wears a glove that covers only her hand.
