Mrs. Edwin Lascelles, née Elizabeth Dawes, by Thomas Gainsborough (auctioned by Sotheby's) size fixed

Elizabeth Lascelles wears a white satin dress adorned with pink bows on her sleeves and, especially, her stomacher in this Gainsborough portrait. The bows on her stomacher appear to be formed into half-rosettes. I cannot tell is the panels flanking her stomacher are limited to the bodice (revers) or extend down the skirt (robings). The shape of the bottom of the bodice cannot be seen. Is it a vee or a spoon or squared off shovel?
