ca. 1755 Charlotte Beatrix Strick van Linschoten by Mattheus Verheyden (Rijksmuseum)

From Wikipedia; upper left and spots in trees to right fixed with Photoshop by gogm.

Dutch dress could be austere, but Charlotte's dress has ornamented cloth with gold fronds and full engageantes and she wears a magnificent diamond headdress. She also wears what looks like a pair of gold key and watch holders or chatelaines. Her wide gloves lend a utilitarian flavor to the portrait.
