1769 (?) Princesse de Hesse-Darmstadt by Louis Carrogis (Musée Condé - Chantilly France) Photo - René-Gabriel Ojéda size increased by half

This could be Countess Charlotte of Hanau-Lichtenberg. The Hesse Darmstadts are perhaps best known for Alexandra and Elizabeth ("Ella") who married a Romanov Tsar and Grand Prince, respectively.

Photo - René-Gabriel Ojéda; size increased by half by gogm.

The Princess' dress has some fullness behind suggesting it is a robe à la française. Its 1769 and coiffures are becoming high and ornate - apparently in advance of French Ladies depicted by Carrogis.
