Apolonia Ustrzycka (17 January 1736 – 1814) was a Polish noble lady.

She married twice. The first time with Prince Antoni Lubomirski in 1749, and the second time with Prince Kazimierz Poniatowski on 21 January 1751.

Her son Stanisław became Grand Treasurer of Lithuania. Her daughter Konstancja married Hetman Ludwik Tyszkiewicz.
