According to her Wikipedia article, she was the daughter of Sophia Dorothea of Prussia. "Her siblings included Sophia Dorothea, Duchess of Württemberg, and Philippine, Landgravine of Hesse-Cassel." Her sister Sophia Dorothea had a daughter named Sophia Dorothea who became known as Maria Feodorovna.
