1751 (?) Lady Elizabeth Yorke (1725–1760), Lady Anson, Holding a Drawing of Dante by Carlo Dolci by Thomas Hudson (Shugborough Hall - Great Haywood, Staffordshire UK)

You can book air trips that circle the globe, but her husband George did it, with considerable losses of men, in the age of sail between 1740 and 1744 gaining him lasting fame. One of the UK's last battleships was named after him. Her article in thepeerage is here. Their marriage produced no offspring.

The open sleeves joined by pearl clasps and puffed under-sleeves evoke Beaubrun brothers portraits. The skirt cannot be filled in by adding lightness, but her coiffure is short and rather straight.
