1750 Comtesse de Tillieres before retouching by Jean-Marc Nattier (Wallace Collection, London)

From what I can find on Geneall, this is probably Michelle Julie Françoise Bouchard d' Esparbès de Lussan who married Tanneguy IV Le Veneur, count of Tillières in 1730. They passed in 1757.
