1739 Bettina Raggi marquise Brignole-Sale by Hyacinthe Rigaud (Palazzo Rosso, Genoa Italy)

Bettina's portrait shows 1600s puffed slashed sleeves persisting well into the 1700s, although her skirt is fuller than late Louis XIV skirts. The little forehead curls over the eyes are missing although knots of hair occupies almost the same places.
