1725 Madame Isaac de Thellusson, née Sarah le Boullenger (1700–1770) by Nicolas de Largillière (Brodsworth Hall - Brodsworth, South Yorkshire UK)

A genealogical sketch of her can be found here.

From bbc.co; enlarged one fifth by gogm.

Mme. Sarah wears a 1720s dress that has real skirt volume and over-sleeves gushing under-sleeves in 1600s style in this 1725 de Largillière portrait. The waistline of her dress cannot be identified; it is probably a vee resulting from a criss-cross bodice.
