María Josefa Díaz de Morales y Cordoba by Juan de Alfaro (location ?)

An incomplete genealogical sketch is here, but a Pinterest site dates the portrait to the 1660s and shows she lived from 1643 to 1680. However, a similar portrait of her mother dates to ca. 1675.

Doña María Josefa dresses in somber black, but leaves no doubt as to her gender with lush hair and bare shoulder neckline. The sleeves, at least appear to have silver embroidery.
