Mme. Campan’s over-dress has sleeves, collar, and neckline, but not a separate bodice dating this to, possibly, before 1804. I cannot guess about her under-dress and the difference in color between her face and neck suggests she is wearing a chemise ending below just below or under the blue ribbon.
