She had four daughters who lived to adulthood (out of six children, all daughters):  Alexandrine Marie later Queen of Hanover, Elizabeth Pauline Alexandrine, Henriette Friederike Therese Elisabeth, and Alexandra Friederike Henriette (Alexandra Iosifovna).
