ca. 1727 Eleonore of Schwarzenberg with her son Joseph by Maximilian Hannel (Český Krumlov Castle - Český Krumlov, Jihočeský kraj, Czech Republic)

Her Wikipedia article is here. The final paragraph:  "The 2008 Austrian documentary The Vampire Princess found evidence suggesting that Eleonore was suspected of being a vampire after her death. Her apparent reburial conforms to vampire burial rites of the time, and a stone slab was placed over her coffin as if to prevent her from rising.”

From Wikimedia; flaws removed with Photoshop. Also posted to the Reign of Louis XV - 175 to 1774 Album here.
