1913 Queen Emma

This print issued in 1913 shows Emma wearing a later 1890s dress with inflated leg-o-mutton sleeves morphing into spyglass sleeves. I have no idea what the occasion for wearing this dress was - maybe her daughter Wilhelmina's inauguration (?).
