1780s Ceremonial dress worn by Grand Princess Maria Feodorovna (State Hermitage Museum - St. Petersburg, Russia) UPGRADE From history-of-fashion.tumblr.com:page:7

Maria Feodorovna appears to like stripes. This dress lacks panniers and could even be compared to a dress from the early 1900s, save for the lack of a pouter pigeon bodice. The dress has a stomacher section, though not a stomacher, that matches the under-skirt while the rest of the bodice matches the over-skirt.
