1777 Jane Lindsay or Eleonora Hamilton, Countess of Eglinton, by Sir Joshua Reynolds (Kōriyama City Museum of Art - Kōriyama, Fukushima Prefecture, Japan)

The caption for this image is "Lady Jane Lindsay (1756–1778), daughter of George, 21st Earl of Crawford, wife of Archibald, 11th Earl of Eglinton, seated playing a harp, amber dress with dark blue robe. At her feet is her music. Landscape is in background.” His Wikipedia article has another image of the same portrait. The National Galleries of Scotland have a print presumably made after this portrait and named Lady Jean Lindsay. However, the 11th Earl’s article in thepeerage identifies his first wife as Joan Lindsay and their article for Hugh, the 12th Earl identifes his wife as Eleonora Hamilton and shows another version of this portrait with her article.

The museum is located in Kōriyama, inland from Japan’s east coast, and probably not affected by the radiological exclusion zone around Ōkuma where the damaged reactors are located.
