1769 Augusta Katharina Lerber, née Stürler, by Jakob Emanuel Handmann (Jegenstorf Castle - Jegenstorf, Kanton Bern, Switzerland)

According to Wikimedia, "The Stürler family is a Swiss patrician family from Bern." I cannot find anything else about her. One Lerber was a banker.

Augusta Lerber’s dress looks like something worn in an early-century French portrait. The columnar dress is similar to British casual style.
