1682 (after) María Josefa von Harrach, German noblewoman who was a menina (Lady-in-waiting) to Maria Anna of Austria, Queen of Spain by ? (Hradek Nechanic, Czech Republic)

Maria Josepha accompanied her husband, Ferdinand Bonaventura I Graf Harrach, as the Austrian Habsburg ambassador to Spain in the waning days of the Spanish Habsburgs. Her genealogical sketch is here. The English-language Wikipedia article about the von Harrach family is here.

From Pinterest search. I attempted to correct for the angle the photo was probably taken at, but could not fully correct the distortion because the bottom of the photo needed cropping (as did the top) that truncated the bottom of her bodice and right sleeve. Also posted to the Iberian Dress in the Louis XIII and XIV Eras Album here.
