1540 (after) Elizabeth, Lady Hoby, close friend of Queen Katherine Parr by Hans Holbein the Younger (Royal Collection, Windsor Castle - Windsor, Berkshire, UK)

This is very unusual, the portrait of a daughter appearing decades before the portrait of her (step)mother, Lady Elizabeth Walshe. According to this genealogical sketch, she married Sir William Compton, Knight; Walter Walshe; and Sir Philip Hoby, MP. According to his Wikipedia article, Philip Hoby was associated with Hans Holbein the Younger.

Lady Hoby’s coiffure could come from an early Victorian portrait. Her hood comes close to being a poke bonnet from the same time period.
