ca. 1670-1695 Jubón femenino de seda en dos colores (Museo del Traje - Madrid Spain)

The original caption alludes to how garments like this appear in portraits of Maria Luisa by Carreño de Miranda. There is a single floral design that starts at the bodice point and becomes an object-mirror image pair ascending the bodice that continues on the arms. The same idea can be seen on the neckline decoration. It has eyelet closures in back. A more complete description can be found here.

Keywords:  Spanish, straight neckline, deep vee waistline, long tight sleeves
