She became Queen of Spain when her husband, the the Duc d'Anjou, was installed as King Felipe V of Spain after the War of the Spanish Succession. She died in 1714 and he subsequently remarried Elisabeth Farnese, covered in the 1700s album. Spain was ruled by Habsburgs before the War of the Spanish Succession and by Borbóns from the reign of Felipe V afterwards until today. Her Wikipedia article is here.
