Marie Henriette de Saint Blimont by ? (auctioned by Tajan)

I cannot find anything about her other than this portrait. Saint Blimont is close to Belgium on the French coast in the Picardy region.

From Tajan; spots removed from background with Photoshop and contrast increased by gogm.

This undated portrait of Marie Henriette de Saint Blimont appears to come from the era of Fontanges headdresses. The split bodice and fripon curls also point to this time. She uses a jewel to convert the vee neckline of her split bodice to a trapezoidal neckline; her chemise creates something close to a square neckline.

Keywords:  Marie Henriette de Saint Blimont, French, high curly coiffure, square neckline, chemise, modesty piece, three quarter length under-sleeves, engageantes, lace, split bodice, trapezoidal neckline, three quarter length puffed over-sleeves, cuffs, natural waistline, full skirt, jeweled bodice ornament, wrap
