Princess Marianne of Prussia wearing a half-dome crinoline
I fixed much of the left edge with Photoshop and removed a few spots in the background. However, the image had been worked on before I touched it, for example the left side of her shoulder.
The shape of Marianne's skirt and sleeves suggests this retouched photo dates from about 1863, past the time of pagoda sleeves and dome crinolines.
