Victoria Franziska Antonia Juliane Luise of
Saxe-Coburg-Saalfeld-Kohary was born in 1822, married Louis d'Orléans in 1840. She had four children who were ancestors to several modern royals. She died in 1857. Her Wikipedia article is here. If you are curious, Nemours is located near Paris.
