Her first through fourth children, who all reached adulthood, were born between 1844 and 1848. They married throughout Catholic Europe and August married Leopoldina of Brazil. She had another child, Ferdinand who grew up to become Tsar of Bulgaria, in 1861. Her Wikipedia article is here.
