1864 Countess Natalia Alexandrovna of Merenberg, née Pushkina by Franz Xaver Winterhalter workshop (location unknown to gogm)

This Natalia Pushkina, daughter of this Natlaia Pushkina who lived from 1812 to 1863, lived between 1836 and 1913. Her daughter Sophia became Countess de Torby. Her husband's Wikipedia article is here.

From Wikimedia; spots and linear flaws throughout image removed with Photoshop by gogm.

Natalia's chemisette probably creates a trapezoidal neckline while the ruching of her over-bodice strongly suggests a vee or even a basque waistline.
