Lady Elizabeth Bingham was born circa 1795. She married George Granville Vernon-Harcourt, son of Most Rev. and Rt. Hon. Edward Venables-Vernon-Harcourt and Lady Anne Leveson-Gower, on 27 March 1815. She died on 9 September 1838.

She was the daughter of Richard Bingham, 2nd Earl of Lucan and Lady Elizabeth Belasyse. Her married name became Harcourt.
