1838 Lady Wilhelmina Stanhope after Alfred Edward Chalon (National Portrait Gallery - London, UK)

According to her Wikipedia article, she married twice. She had two sons from her first marriage to Archibald Primrose, one of whom became Prime Minister, and two daughters. Her second marriage to Henry Vane (who changed his name to Powlett) produced no children. She was a Maid of Honor at Queen Victoria’s coronation and bridesmaid at Queen Victoria’s wedding.

From Wikimedia; doubled size and slightly increased sharpness (so this image will not enlerge well) and removed spots, a line in the background and a smudge with Photoshop and removed the sepia tint.
