ca. 1637 Lady Anne Cecil after Sir Anthonis van Dyck (Burghley Collection - Stamford, Lincolnshire, UK)

The Burghley House caption for this reads, "Lady Anne Cecil (1612-1637), was the first wife of Algernon, Percy, 10th Earl of Northumberland and the sister of Elizabeth, Countess of Devonshire, whose enormous bequest of 1690 to her daughter Anne, Countess of Exeter, so enriched the Burghley Collections. The portrait is a copy of the figure of the Countess taken from van Dyck’s double portrait of her with her husband, which is at Petworth House, West Sussex." Her article in thepeerage is here.
