1637 Lucy Percy, Countess of Carlisle by Sir Anthonis van Dyck (Tate Collection, London)

Lucy Percy wears an almost turquoise dress, but with a gorgeous gold-pattern lining, in her 1637 van Dyck portrait. Her Wikipedia article is here. She was born in the Tower of London.
