1633 Dorothy, Lady Dacre by Sir Anthonis van Dyck (Denver Museum of Art - Denver, Colorado USA)

Her article in thepeerage is here. She married twice, first to Richard Lennard, 13th Lord Dacre by whom she bore two children in either 1624 or 1625, and then Chaloner Chute, who became Speaker of the House of Commons, in 1650.

Lady Lennard wears an attifet and black dress with white trim and limited jewelry for her van Dyck portrait. Lord Dacre died in 1630.
