Princess Louisa of the Palatinate (1622 - 1709) by ? in a gold dress with red wrap

Princess Louisa of the Palatinate shows a German variation on the full skirt with elbow length puffed sleeves dress in this portrait.

She looks to be maybe fifteen so this was painted by whomever (the location is also unknown) about 1637. Her bodice is split down the middle, revealing the chemise beneath and held together with jeweled clasps.
