Portrait of a Woman by Bartholomeus van der Helst (Hermitage)

This is a large file; please be patient while it loads.

From Wikimedia.

The unknown sitter wears diamonds (or paste?) and a bertha dropping from a gilt neckline band that is also worked into the bertha. She wears long very full sleeves and a vee waistline with winglike panels of gilt ornament. Mazarin cut diamonds came into use in the middle 1600s.
