Lady Elizabeth of Powis (Countess, later Duchess of Powis) by Jacob Huysmans (Powys Castle - Powys, Wales UK)

Her article in thepeerage is here. She was Mary Herbert’s mother.

She should not be confused with Elizabeth Percy.

Duchess Elizabeth's dress seems to be negligée, but it is worn with robes and jewels and a little cherub is shown holding a dish full of fruit. She has a piece of ermine attached to her neckline with a brooch or clasp, supplementing the mass of ermine seen elsewhere in this Huysmans portrait.
